Erin DeValk, RN
Erin is a highly skilled career professional with many years of practical hospital and clinical experience, including, but not limited to, endocrinology, vascular, and orthopedic nursing. She is experienced in various patient testing, triage, care coordination, and general medical office procedures.
Erin started her nursing career as a floor nurse at Northwestern Memorial Hospital after graduating from St. Xavier University, Chicago, IL in January 1998. She then moved to University of Chicago Hospitals for 8 years.
In the Northwestern movement disorders clinic, she works primarily with Tanya Simuni, MD and Onur Melen, MD, and their respective patients.
