Integrated Exercise for Parkinson’s...

A wellness fitness approach specifically designed to help people with Parkinson’s to use exercise for symptom management. Emphasis is on POSTURAL AWARENESS, BREATHING, BALANCE, AND RHYTHMICAL MOVEMENT.

All levels are welcome.

This ongoing program, taught by experts in clinical exercise, incorporates principles of:

  • Yoga
  • Tai Chi
  • Pilates
  • Dance
  • Traditional stretching and strengthening exercises
  • Musical accompaniment

When: Every Monday and Thursday from 11:00 am to Noon
Where: Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago
Center for Health and Fitness

Note: Discounted parking at 321 East Erie
Cost: $95.00 for 16 sessions
