Matthew T. Walker, MD
Neuroradiologist
Dr. Walker is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Feinberg School of Medicine of Northwestern University, and is the Chief of Neuroradiology in the Department of Radiology. He is Board Certified in Radiology by the American College of Radiology and has completed the highest level of Radiology subspecialty certification, the Certificate of Added Qualification in Neuroradiology. Dr. Walker completed his residency training in Diagnostic Radiology at Baystate Medical Center in Massachusetts followed by a 2-year fellowship in Neuroradiology at the world-renowned Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona.
Dr. Walker's research interests revolve around imaging of the brain and spinal cord. His expertise in brain perfusion imaging and advanced sequence optimization is a tremendous asset to the Neurosurgery program of the Movement Disorders Center.
